These terms govern your use of www.qvisionx.com and the demonstrations published on it. They cover this website only — any engagement we enter into with you as a client is governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.
This site is operated by QVisionX (OPC) Private Limited, a one-person company registered in India with its registered office at A603, TG Ascent, Hosa Road, Bengaluru 560099, Karnataka, India ("QVisionX", "we", "us"). By using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
Everything published here is provided for general information about our work. Nothing on this site constitutes a binding offer, a quotation, a warranty of any result, or professional advice you should act on without your own evaluation.
Descriptions of capabilities, timelines and approaches are illustrative. What we would actually do for you depends on your data, your constraints and your goals, and would be set out in a written agreement before any work began.
Our object detection demo is published so you can see a working system rather than a description of one. Some things to be clear about:
Do not rely on the demo for any consequential decision. It must not be used for safety-critical, medical, legal, financial or security purposes, or in any setting where an incorrect detection could cause harm.
We write about third-party technology to explain how it works and where it fits. Referring to it does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement in either direction.
In particular, Isaac GR00T is a model published by NVIDIA Corporation, and NVIDIA and Isaac are trademarks of NVIDIA Corporation. QVisionX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NVIDIA. Technical figures we quote about GR00T are drawn from NVIDIA's published model card and release notes and are attributed as such; they are not our own measurements. GR00T is distributed under the NVIDIA Open Model License, and any use you make of it is governed by that licence, not by these terms.
Similarly, TensorFlow.js and COCO-SSD are published by their respective authors under their own open-source licences. All other trademarks belong to their owners.
The text, design, diagrams, code and branding on this site are owned by QVisionX unless attributed otherwise. You are welcome to read it, link to it, and quote it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale, or present it as your own work, without our written permission.
Please do not use this site to do anything unlawful, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, to interfere with its operation, or to submit anything through our contact form that is unlawful, misleading or infringing. We may block access where we reasonably believe any of this is happening.
Where we link to other sites — model cards, documentation, research — we do so because we think they are useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
We make no promise that this site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. Parts of it — the demo in particular — depend on third-party services and on your own network and hardware. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, QVisionX will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of this site or reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: no cookies, no analytics, and nothing from the demo ever leaves your device.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
This applies to use of this website. If we enter into a client engagement with you, the governing law and dispute resolution provisions of that signed agreement will apply instead, and can be negotiated separately.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the revised version.
Write to hello@qvisionx.com and we will answer plainly.
